Im currently 6 months preggy and realised past few days, at times, baby’s kicks and movements has been non stop for few or atleast 5 mins. Like literally nonstop aggresive movements and kicks. Altho i love the movements, part of me starts to overthink if baby is ok like is baby struggling inside or something or if the umbilical code is tangled around the neck etc 😅 Is it normal ? #firsttimemom

ftm here, was given obimin and fish oil for 12w onwards. is there any alternatives for obimin & fish oil? i had a hard time swallowing those. pls advice! TYIA!#advicepls #FTM #firstbaby

Feeling so frustrated with my inlaws … when my husband and I broke the news that we were pregnant with #1, the first thing out my mil mouth is “hope that its a boy”. Omg!!! I felt so irritated then as I felt that no matter if its a girl or boy I will love them equally the same. Fast forward 20 weeks later, we confirmed that we were having a baby boy. And of course, pil were so happy they started clapping in a restaurant. Is it weird that I feel annoyed by their actions? In my mind, its if u want a boy then why not have another one yourself….

The confinement lady that I confirmed offered to a 15min meet up to say hi. Is this usual? What questions do you usually ask?

I went to visit doc today (am at week 28d5) and doc checked my cervical length and it is currently at 24mm with funneling seen. The last check up 3 wks ago was still at 40mm. Was wondering if anyone experiencing same issue previously and any advice or solution? I also seem to have frequent stomach tightening, and pain at groin area. (baby head has turn downwards) Any sharing or help will be appreciated.

Hi, do we need to bring slipper during our stay at kkh after delivery ? And are we allowed to use power point for phone charger ? Or best to just bring powerbank instead #FTM

What type of bag should i bring to hospital? Just normal backpack or like a handcarry bag. Do we bring the bag to labour room or only to ward after delivery? Or we can bring a separate bag for labour room ? For labour room do i need to prepare anything to bring ? Or its more to bringing items for ward stay #FTM #advicepls

Is it common for baby to still be in breech position @ 28w growth scan ? Will it have time to change head down last minute ? (‘: scared ill need to go csect And does anyone ever went for massage to get baby to change to head down ? #FTM

Can we ask lactation consultant to advise on our flange size ? Will they help to advise and measurement ? Afterwhich then we buy the flange inserts online ? As i tried to measure my own and wanted to buy on shopee ahead but heard that it can be inaccurate and your nipple may get bigger during 3rd trim or when breastfeed. Whats your advise ? #FTM
