I have a friend who experienced this too. She mentioned she joined pilates class for more than 1 year to strengthen her uterus and back to normal.

How long can dilation be?

Case to case basis, some can be 3cm at 30 weeks and still teach full term. I was 3 cm for 10 days before inducing my ob didnt want to wait due to risk of infection

I am in the second trimester and feeling numbness on my right outer thigh and at times tingling and severe pain... with time it has increased a lot and even on laying it has started painin badly. can someone advise what it could be and treatment for it. or if it is meralgia paresthetica then how to treat it during pregnancy

I had something similar. Often had a sharp pain in my thigh mear groin sometimes. Never knew what it was. But when i told the doctor they said it was due to babies weight pressing on the ligament.

Is it true that pregnant women in last trimester should take probiotics?

it's not mandatory but in last semester you might have constipation and prebiotic will help

I am 11 weeks pregnant, visited two gynae. 1st Doctor just prescribe folic acid, said my stage doesn't need calcium yet. I dun think provide enough nutrient for baby, so I am wondering whether to take fish oil, calcium & vitamin c from 3 months onwards. I asked 2nd doctor he also said just need folic acid for current stage, but my next check up baby is already 4 months. I hv a friend who is 3 months pregnant, doctor prescribed multi vitamin, calcium & fish oil. Any advice? 1st time pregnant lack of knowledge and worried of baby growth.

2nd trimester is required to have a calcium coz this trimester needs baby more calcium for the development of the bone of the baby some doctor also prescribed omega 3 at the same time ❤️

I have the funkiest, vivid dreams eversince I am pregnant. It's always colorful and eventful, adventurous, and most times I am on a traveling mode be it a car, ship, train or plane. Sometimes I do get nightmares of my past haunting me, and I dream so often. Do you dream a lot too?

Hi any mummies out there during pregnancy have swollen armpit and the skin like dry up. I now having bit skin dry up and swollen too. Should I go see doctor for that. It been many days until now, I going to due soon.

For the swollen armpit, I think you may have accessory breasts. Google this term to check to see if this is what you are encountering. And skin dried up is really skin or just that your accessory breast is leaking milk and those are actually dried up milk?
