Anyone did perineal massage during the third trimester? And does it aid in natural birth without having an episiotomy?

Had tried but it doesn't seemed to help. Easing of backache yes though. During yr last trimester, u will usually feel super tired because of the weight of the baby. Do go to shops with certified masseuse as some may just touch here and there only and u will end up wasting yr money.

Im currently at 34 weeks. The baby movements seems to be more, but some of the kicks are quite sharp and painful which sometimes lead to me feeling cramps and aches. Is it normal to have such pain caused by baby's movements?

In my 34 weeks, having on and off abdomen pain. Quite painful at times. Even when lying on the bed, changing of position doesn't help at all. Any idea what's happening? Should I call the hospital?

Maybe u should see ur gynae, I'm having that 2 wks ago. And it states that my womb is rather low and baby head is in ready position. And was advise to be bedded instead of moving about. And I'm much better.

Do nutrients i take in during pregnancy all get passed on to the foetus? what key nutrients should I consume?

Just go thru your normal diet hopefully u r on a healthy diet with fish oil and multivitamins for the healthy foetus. Might want to consume some milk formula for mothers too for calcium and additional vitamins. All extra vitamins will be passed out of your system so dun worry on overdose. :)
