Where and how can i test for zika? Recently have a few mosquito bites despite putting on insect repellent. ?

Which gynae do u recommend at the EAST?

If you are willing to travel a bit further, i recommend Dr Adrian Woodworth who sees patients at the SK mrt there. His consultations are short and sweet and always very long Q, you can go walk in the mall or have your meal then come back, or you can aim to e the first few or last few - its by Q number. In the first few months actually don't need to see gyne that often. Till the last 2 months. He delivers at TMC and charges reasonable. The medical staff there though busy are actually very helpful and can empathise with patients too

I have heard that arbi should be avoided during pregnancy. Is it true?

Arbi can actually cause an irritating sensation in the throat in some people. In fact I have experienced it a few times, while my mom feels it a lot more. I also avoided it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Hi, I am currently 33 weeks my baby is weighing 2.2kg is it counted as big baby? I ask my gynae he was saying everything is perfect. I don't know what is the normal weight for a baby at 33 weeks. I am going for normal delivery afraid that if baby is too big I may end up having a hard time giving birth or having a complication.

Sounds normal - would not worry. Have a happy pregnancy

When should I start to drink coconut water? Can I drink those in can type or must be fresh coconut? How many times a week should I drink coconut water? I don't know when to start and what type of coconut should I drink. Green or brown?
