Hi mummies, does anyone of you drink coconut milk during your 3rd trimester? Does it trigger early labour? When can I start drinking it? Any benefits? Because my body is so heaty right now :(

Does anyone can kind of smell their discharge? Like even sitting down or changing clothes i can smell it. Results came out normal aft Gynae has checked the ph level and if there is any bacteria. But why is it seems to be kinda smelly or strong smell? Any solution or anyone experiencing too?

Any remedy for leg cramps/ spasm? Has been cramping in the middle of the night for past few weeks until i feel the pain even when i walk or stand. 20weeks now. ?

Do preggy go for facial? Any gd place to recommend? Skin condition has been very gd until pregnancy. Blackheads, whiteheads, red bumps all come out. Feeling annoyed or irritated about myself with all these impurities. Ohhh i have alrd done exfoliating, masking, hydrating etc. nth helps. Furthermore the face is quite dry now.

Asking subsidized mummies.. any of you goes for your first appointment on after 4mths pregnancy? How do you cope with the pregnancy without any obgyn consultation?
