Hi mummies, how do I make my baby get engaged? Her head is facing down correctly but not yet engaged? Is there anything I can do? I am in my 38th week.

For those mummies who are in 12 weeks of pregnancy or more, and need to do blood test for down syndrome, is OSCAR test sufficient or need to do NIPT?

Week 38, feeling very unwell, having block nose, running nose and bad cough. Wonder if gynae would suggest to induce. Would i be in disadvantage to induce due to illness?

Hi, Any mummy who has gone through c-sect here has any good panty to recommend for wearing esp. at the hospital/early stage? I got the Watson's cotton disposable ones but they sit directly at where the incision may be, not high waisted enough..

Hi! I am only 20 years, 5 feet, 41 kgs and 3 months pregnant . My legs have been paining badly. When i lay and stay stationary things are ok but once i start moving my hips and thighs hurt. I am honestly scared. I work 10 hours a day on my feet at store as a floor associate. Is this normal for a first time mom who is small boned? I have barely any "meat" on my bones so some people told me that i would have stretch pain earlier. Am i just freaking myself out or is this cause to worry? Please help me!!

Yes it's perfectly normal. It's due to your uterus expanding.

My wife has been coughing a lot today and really very strongly. Does it affect the uterus in any manner?

Chronic vigorous cough may irritate uterus and lead to cramps and vaginal bleeding. Seek help from the doctor.

Has anyone delivered in NUH before? Is it comparable to KKH? I'm now with KKH subsides, not sure if I should change to NUH. Any advice?
