home remedy for sore throat and cough

hi, i am in my early stage of pregnancy and have been having cough for the past 3 weeks. Doctor didnt want to prescribe me any medicines tho. is there a home remedy I can try?

If it has been a persistent cough for more than 3 weeks, please see the doctor again. However, if it has come and gone, use lemon in hot water - it has the same effect as of a cough syrup.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and my stomach is bloated. Is it normal? Any home remedies?

I get spotting untill now im 11weeks now how long can stop this im so worried 😔😔😔 i go already in my ob said im going to get miscarriage but she gave me med to get me better... But im really2 worried😢😢😢

Amniotic fluid is high at 8 weeks very worry.

hi all first time posting here. Today I am 8 weeks 1 day. Today have a check up and Amniotic fluid is too high. I am very worry . hope can know more from those mummy who had the same problem as me. Thank you.

Hello mummy. Polyhydramnios or increased volumes of amniotic fluids is quite harmless in most of the cases. Luckily, it is quite early for you, so it will correct itself over the course of the pregnancy. Another good thing is that it was detected early, so the doctor can conduct procedures to safely reduce the fluid if required. One thing to remember is it is not going to harm the baby in any manner. So, don't worry. Both your bub and you are safe.
