This is gonna be SUPER GROSS, sorry in advance. I’ve been pooping every 3-5 days recently (usually it’s every 2nd day) and the poops are huge 😭😭😭 it’s been such a struggle for me. Ive never had to spend more than 5 min pooping before but recently, I easily spend at least 20min. I’ve tried eating more fibre and drinking more, eating more fruits. I don’t think it has helped so far. I’ve been advised to take Moringa and/or magnesium supplements. Has anyone experienced this before and what helped?

Hi I had upper stomach cramps and mild cramps all over the circumference of my belly. It lasted quite long from night before to next day afternoon. My belly feels tight too. Hi I’m currently tested positive 2-3weeks for pregnancy. It’s my first pregnancy and have yet to consult a gynae, am ask to go back for a scan after 2 weeks in KKH. I just experienced sharp pain for a while while I was peeing on a full bladder. And today I walked quite abit. Now I no longer feel the sharp pain. Should I be concern? What should I look out for?
