Hi mummies whose baby is premature, do u offer whole milk when he reach his correct age at 12 months or based on his birth date? I gave him whole milk based on his birth date when he turned one. But he doesn’t seem to adjust to it well. Thanks to advice

I just given my baby fresh milk when 14mths as I felt 1yr old is abit early. She is born prematurely due to my medical conditions but so far my baby is growing healthy & has no reactions to the fresh milk given.

What food is good for weight gain

Hi My boy is quite picky with food and he doesn’t food which he needs to chew a lot. Hence the weight doesn’t gain much. May I know what kind of food is good for toddler for weight gain? Thanks

My lo is also fussy with foods 😥 Maybe can try avocado + fruits into Milkshake / smoothies, yoghurt, cheese, peanut butter cream on soft bread/banana /crackers, cereal w milk , mashed potatoes , sweet potatoes , boiled white egg , pan fry white egg w butter taste on it , potato soups , tomato-based pasta , macaroni pasta /soup base? Etc

My baby is 2 months old and recently he seems to have reflux.Bring him to see the PD and was prescribed with omeprazole for 2 weeks. Will there be any side effects on baby as he is still so small and would need to be on medication for 2 weeks. Not sure of the side effects

Regurgitation of milk? Yes it is. Usually resolves on its own. My LO’s regurgitation stopped after 6 months

How to relieve infant reflux? My baby is 2mths old

It’s quite normal to have regurgitation at that age. Try burping baby in between the feed, not changing baby’s position too quickly (esp from lying to sitting up position or leaning forward..). I found that burping baby over the shoulder as opposed to on my lap with baby leaning forward had less regurgitation. Not sure if it works for all babies. Anyway, my LO’s regurgitation stopped after 6 months on its own.

Hi what’s the age range for baby to starts crawling? My baby is hitting the 8 months but he has not yet learned to crawl. Tummy times usually short as he doesn’t like be on his tummy for long
