Thinking about ayurveda to lose all this pregnancy fat. Does it work? Any suggestions?

Hi, That sounds like an intelligent idea as other ways sometimes require you to crash diet or do strenuous exercise regimen. Ayurveda on the other hand focusses on balanced diet. Try to breastfeed but dont overstress too! Never neglect your baby's delayed milestones and seek professional help if you have any doubts.

Hi, I gave birth 2 months back. I realise that whenever I drink cold drinks, my tummy will hurts and will have diarrhoea. Is it normal? I use to drink cold drinks and is totally fine. I don't know why after birth my tummy can't take in cold drinks.

Better to avoid cold water..Your body is still recovering

I'm 4 months plus pp and realises that there are streaks of brownish discharge. Is this considered as period already? Is this normal? Heard other mummies period come only after 1-2 years if bf.

I am a SAHM with a 21 month old LO. Recently, my LO starts whine for no reason or throw tantrums if she does not get her way. She is on half day preschool and the teachers feedback that she is quite well-behaved in school. She always demands for me and refuses my hubby to handle her. I feel so jaded at time. Care to share your experience as a mother and how you would handle such situation?

21 months is a stage where they start going into the terrible twos stage. Its also a stage where they learnt to be more independent and have a mind of their own. You have to be firm with her. It could be that in school,she have to go through rules. Back home, she tries to go thru things her way. Hang in there. and be very firm in your words.

It's possible. It happened to me. As we are breastfeeding, our hormones are pretty hay-wired. So it's normal! Don't worry!
