Grains recommendation to cook porridge

Hi mummy My little one is 6 months old. Any recommendations for grains to cook porridge? Like white rice or red brown rice?

Planning to give our 7 mth baby to try soft porridge. Just to check what rice is suitable

Any rice would be okay as long as it can be made into porridge and soft for your little one.

Any mummy out there can recommend at what age you introduce brown rice porridge? LO currently eating normal white porridge and thinking to switch to whole grain cos it’s kinda healthier.. any Brand’s of brown rice to recommend? And where to buy it from?.
