When is it considered too late to have kids?
A year ago I started to join sahm group & found like minded mommies around & I feel good getting to know more people rather than depressing being sahm. As times goes, our toddler are going to preschool. I felt that the moms are completing whose kid are smarter, & which prestigious preschool, what enrichment they attend. I felt pressure becos I think that's not the goal for being in a support group. Someone pls advise me should I leave the group or just remain silent after..
When do I stop swaddling my baby?
Dear mummies, how do your slim down after delivery? Im in my mid twenties yet i have difficulty in slimming down. Already pp going 4mths and my tum tum still looks like when i was in my 5mth pregnancy. Last week met up with husband's friend as his wife just delivered, she already slim back to her previous size and even slimmer. Ok yes, she is petite and in her size "xs" or "s" but the thing is, they kind of laughed at me being "auntie" still looked chubby. "Nvm lo, since you already married still got a child, its ok to be fat la, hahaha" ????? it is so hurting! Everyday i only eat breakfast(about 11am after settling Lo to slp) and late lunch(i ate at about 4-5pm so i will skip dinner) i do planking, jumping jacks, slow jog(30min). Nothing seem to help. My weight remains the same. I think my problem is even i do those exercise, i don really sweat or didnt even sweat at all. Any other idea that i can slim down especially my arms and tum? Thanks ?????? Please help me!!!
Anyone delivering with Dr Phua Soo Mear?
Mummies how do u cope with husband not with u always + breastfeeding newborn + toddler? Basically mostly all by yourself. I'm stressed up.
Wonder if any of the mothers had the same experience as me? I left my job to take care of my son full time since he was born 9 mths ago. I am more than willing despite being a pretty demanding role as a mother. Lack of slp... cranky child...making lots of noises or even crying etc etc..feeling helpless, not knowing what the LO want. Not forgetting when our patience r put to test almost every single day. It's fine. We as mother will b btr as days goes as we learn...and gain more experience in handling them but...I got a problem here that breaks my heart and I wonder everyday if it's abt me. I thought by right when u r the one taking care spending all the time wit him...u shd b his closest right? I mean...he would look for u..stick to u..knowing u r his MOTHER. No,my son didn't behave so. I'm currently staying at mum's pl and he always look for my mum (grandma) more than me. He is always excited when she comes hm. She can calm him down cos he listen to her rather than me. In short, she's like his mother more than me. I'm not jealous but over the time..I do feel hurt tht I'm not the one that's able to settle him down when I'm the mum.Been telling my husband our son dun seem to like me.Feel so useless...:( Anyone had the same experience?
