Every now and then I will feel super upset and depressed about my life. There isn't any big issue really, I don't even know if I'm kicking up a big fuss and being oversensitive. I'm thinking of going to see a counsellor but I'm afraid she will find my issues too trivial, and end up wasting everyone's time. Anyone have seen one before? How is it like?

Talk to counsellor. There is no wrong to talk to someone to relief ur stress

Jus had a quarrel with my hubby.. I'm a SAHM . I have Two kids. Every day after my hubby's work , I desire that he spend a bit of time to bond with our kids. Jus 30 mins is good cos I understand that he is tired after work so I try to be reasonable . Jus now we started to have some disagreement over something n he begins to say things like give him a break after work , he is tired n can't help out so much with the kids.. etc.. he Meant to say that I'm a SAHM , I should do everything , why involve him n ask him to help with this n that. Though I'm a SAHM but my role is not easy too n i feel tired too after one whole day of looking after kids, cooking , housework etc. I don't laze around , I work hard the whole day too. Then he told me if it is so hard for me to be a SAHM , then I should jus quit being a SAHM n go out to work . At least I can bring home income.. I feel so upset .. am I really v demanding ? Sob.

You are alone dear I did it alone last time then realized it's time to get extra hand for help i.e. Helper go get one helper to ease your job at home while maintain your own lifestyle as mummy also need some Break to do activity that you like such as meet up your friend/family etc meanwhile for your hub involvement wise it's good to set schedule for him to organize a dating time for both of you without your kid etc stay strong mummy

Planning for my 1 years old lo birthday. I want to bring him for a holiday just me and my husband and lo. Wonder where is suitable for him? Nearby like Malacca, Kuala Lumpur or JB. Just want a budget trip and let my lo enjoy himself.

You can consider Hello Kitty Town! They have barney and thomas the train. Something small scale yet not too overwhelming for your 1yo. It's near by too!

Ma baby seems to have difficulty breathing as she has a lot of phlegm at the back of her throat. How do I get rid of the phlegm? Does formula milk increases the phlegm?

Some formula milk will cause phlegm. If she is having breathing difficulties, i would suggest you to go and see a doctor to see is it wheezing or purely just phlegm

What / how do u feel if most of your mummies friends sent their kids to "prestigious" preschool, but only u couldn't afford to give your child the better environment at those? I felt I am drawn back when I have no longer common topic when we engage among ourselves..

Please la. That's all rubbish. Prestigious doesn't guarantee a successful child.
