Hi mom I’m currently in confiment Im having really dry and a lot phlegm coughing I have tried drinking warm water and honey water and gargling with salt water I have been coughing for 4 days and I’m to tired to walk to the polyclinic…any advice? #firsttimemom #adviceaccepted

Just wondering if any mommies have heard of this before — my nanny told me baby can only drink breast milk according to the pump timing. So for example, if I pump in the day (8am to 8pm), baby should not drink this breast milk after 8pm because he/she will not sleep at night. And if I were to pump in the night (8pm to 8am), the breast milk should only be drank at night. Is this true? My nanny just left and sometimes I don’t really follow this but I can’t stop thinking about it 🤔 #firsttimemom

Anyone sent their baby to IC when they were 2-months old? Care to share your experience like how you prepared for it and what to look out for. Hello mummies, I’m super stressed now. I’m week 11 coming up to 12. I’ve not been able to eat as I have no appetite at all. I’m feeling nauseous at times but I don’t vomit. It’s just that nothing I can think of or look at is appetising to me. Any food in front of me just makes me nauseous. I know I need to eat and I don’t want to just take in unhealthy food / snacks.
