Anxiety or something?

I'm a first time mom so everything is new to me and i am feeling anxious, scared and excited too. But I constantly think of miscarriage, like i will go through it sooner or later. Or if I make it to the end of the journey, I would die while giving birth. I'm usually a positive person, but throughout my journey I'm so opposite. I don't know how to make myself believe that things will be alright and both me and the baby will make it through yknow. Has anyone else gone through such a negative minded space too? How do you overcome it? 😭

First-time Mom - BM or FM

I am a FTM and just gave birth recently. I'm not sure about how long I can sustain in providing BM to my baby. My supply is fairly ok, but I feel quite drained out. Is anyone else in the same shoes as me? Did u change to full FM eventually, and if it's ideal?
