Back and leg pain when standing or walking for 20 mins

Hi! I’m a FTM-to-be. Any suggestions to ease back or leg discomfort from standing or walking? I’m in my 15th week. Every time I sit it felt better. The gynae says it’d be muscular and posture related plus the uterus is expanding thus the discomfort... which would likely be worse as the baby grows. :(

7mo with very short naps!

My 7mo girl takes 3-4 naps in the day, each lasting only 30mins. But she can sleep 11-12 hrs at night. Is this normal? Should i hire a sleep coach?

Totally normal! This is quite a good sleep pattern actually. My LO has the same.

Washing newborn clothes before wear

Hello. Is it necessary to wash all newborn clothes before they wear? Is it necessary to use baby laundry detergent, or is sensitive skin laundry detergent ok?

Absolutely! The same with adult clothes. You have no idea how they were transported or then stored so this is imperative for your LO's wellbeing. Baby laundry detergent is advisable.

EBF parents, how did you make your babies like water? We just recently started out solids and I noticed my baby doesn't like its taste

Our pedia told us that it's just ok not to give water to ebf babies. Breastmilk is enough. So we never tried giving her water.

How to train baby enjoy stroller? Start giving baby stroller at 9 months old now. She refuse to use. I used to use baby carrier.

Soothe him and talk to him while he is in the stroller. Put some toys to keep him entertained. And keep walking around so he has something to see.
