Is it normal for ifc teachers to kiss your baby?

She did it infront of me, I was stunned but just laughed it off as she really dotes on my baby. But it is normal? My husband said another teacher did it too after carrying into the school.

i will not be happy if that happened to my baby no matter how cute & adorable the baby is, teacher should know the boundary

Any recommendation of infant care in sengkang?

A few names that keep coming up for Sengkang infant care, Starlearner Fernvale gets mentioned quite positively, especially Wang 老师 and Jing 老师, who apparently are really caring with the little ones. Little Unicorn Preschool at Anchorvale is another one worth checking out; I heard the infant care facilities are quite well set up, so might be good to call them and arrange a visit. Posso is also one I've heard good things about for continuity, apparently some kids have stayed all the way from infant care through playgroup, which tells you something about parent satisfaction. Grace Child Care near Compassvale Walk has been around a long time and a mum I know had her daughter there for six years, so clearly they're doing something right. If 1:3 ratio and nap support are priorities for you, I'd just call ahead and ask directly, don't just take the brochure at face value, since experiences can vary even within the same centre.

Milk powder for colicky baby

Hi Mummies, Any reviews on Nan Sensitive or Similac Total Comfort please? Not looking at other options as these 2 are recommended by PD for colicky bb #pleasehelp #advicepls #firsttimemom

Congrats on your first baby, and hang in there, colicky babies are really tough! From what I've generally heard, Similac Total Comfort tends to work well for babies with gas, fussiness, and mild spit-up because it's specially formulated to be gentler on the tummy, and it's also quite filling, so some babies settle better after feeds. One mum friend did mention her baby took a little while to adjust to the taste at first, so don't panic if your baby seems fussy about it in the first few days. NAN Sensitive is also a solid option, especially if your PD suspects protein sensitivity is the root cause of the colic. Honestly, it can be a bit of trial and error, both are reputable choices, so just monitor closely after switching and give it at least a week before deciding if it's working.

Phlegm in formula milk

Hello, I notice my 2months old boy tend to get phlegm after drinking NAN formula milk. Any recommendation for formula milk that does not cause phlegm? Thank you!

So far both of my kids I gave them similac. And it doesn't cause phlegm for them. My 3rd child I plan to give the same too

3yo kids refuse to go out

Hi mummies Do you encounter your LO not wanting to go out. How do u deal with it

My 3-year-old went through a phase like this too, mummy 😅 Some days he just wanted to stay home where he felt comfortable. What helped was giving him a choice, like letting him pick where to go or bringing his favourite toy along. Usually once we got out, he ended up enjoying himself. I think it's quite common at this age ❤️

Eh, you're in luck, someone in my mum group recently mentioned a few mummies blessing baby boy clothes ranging from newborn all the way to 4 years old, mix of brand new and preloved pieces, some with very slight stains but otherwise in decent condition, so worth asking around! Honestly though, do check the items carefully before you collect because some batches have staining that's more obvious in person than how it sounds, better to know upfront than to feel awkward after. Self-collection seems to be the usual arrangement, so just make sure the location is convenient for you before you commit.
