Hi Mummies. May I know how long does your first menstruation period last after birth?

I need some advice here. The inner part of my LO's bellybutton is black. It has been like that since the cord fell off but we didn't dare to clean it too hard. I have been trying to use the alcohol swap to clean it but it doesn't really come off. Do any of you experience this and how do you clean it? The clinic that I send my LO for vaccination says can use olive oil but I am not very sure about it.

My baby have not poop since for 4 days. She is currently 4 months old and is exclusively breastfed. Is it something to be worried about? I'm really worried.

Hi, My brother in law is having shingles. My hubby is still sharing room with him everyday. Question is will my hubby get infected? Will he spread to our infant? Or i should stop my hubby for visiting us for the time being?
