I want to make carrot puree and apple puree. Can i make and after that put in container. Must i have to freeze it or put in the fridge. I would prefer to put inside e fridge. Can u tell me how to thawn it and withing how many days to consume. Will it get spoil. Omg i m so stress

If in the fridge must be consumed in 24 hours - put in air tight container. If frozen can last you one month. I freeze my baby food in ice tray and thaw out the food cubes as needed.

I actually brought my LO to public pool since 4 month old . Just Ensure that u have a float suitable for them n proper swim wear. Some parents prefer to let their baby wear thermal swim wear but mine just wear the normal ones with swim diaper

Hi! Does any mummies' LO having milk strike and drinking very little at 5months old?

My baby experienced the same thing at ard 5 months too. But since he is growing well, there is no cause of concern... Now he is coming 7 months, the amount of milk did not increase but I have added in solids for him...

How to train a 6mo to self sooth to sleep without pacifier or patting? Or is it too early? Is crying it out the only way? Sometimes the cries could escalated to uncontrollable screaming kind of cry....its hard to let such cries continue...im also worried as at infant care they dont encourage pacifiers..so they only pat her to sleep..according to the teachers she only cry awhile and slept..but this is not the case at home..she cried badly if no pacifier to sleep..but when we are outside..indeed she dont need pacifier to sleep. i wonder why? my baby sleep thru the night since 1mo...means not requiring any milk feed from 9pm to 7am in the morning...but will fuss/cry few seconds and i have to put pacifier or pat for her to go back to sleep..doesnt take much of effort but wondering how can she self soothe to sleep

The best time to do sleep training is from 4 months old onwards. They have developed their circadian rhythm by then and you can teach them the art of self settling then. Sleep training is not just about teaching them independent sleep techniques, it's also about getting them a consistent sleep environment and routine so they know what to expect. When your baby is overtired, they will be sure to cry longer as they can't fall asleep so easily. The best way to get rid of the pacifier is to go cold turkey. My 4 mths old baby keep yawning whenever he woke up from nap and his night sleep. Can I know why? He is breastfeed so he woke up very 1.5 hr. He does not get enough sleep?

I tbf him, he drink every 1.5hr. Sometimes 2hrly. He is a small freq drinker as he vomit occasionally. He don't have 14 hrs sleep daily. How to stretch his freq to every 2.5 hr?

Hi mommies, any intro of good and safe cooling mat for LO? Am thinking of putting it under her while she sleeps and on the stroller or carrier as she perspires a lot. TIA

Hi mommies. Recently I switched my baby from Enfamil 1 to Enfamil 2. For two weeks her poo Will always be hard and she will have a hard time squeezing the poo out. At first I tot maybe her solids is causing the poo to be hard but I am giving her the same food as last time with veggies and fruits . Suspect it is the no 2 milk powder, anyone has same problem?

Yes i experienced similar situation as you before. Have you tried giving her water. You mentioned constipated, how many days has it been? Also how old is you lo, it is normal for lo to be constipated too. Dont fret for now :)

Any parents here with children taking singulair? My 10 months old baby got bronchitis twice and PD wants to start him on this western "lung tonics" singulair. Probably you can take for them to recover first. Once she has recovered, look for a TCM. Those TCM treatment tend to be a little slower in showing the effect, it's better in managing immunity building

My girl has very bad eczema on her cheeks. Brought her to Pd, using mild steroid cream twice daily and moisturizing her many times a day. Making sure she's dress lightly, bathing her in organic soap etc. Her eczema on her arms, legs and body are already controlled and getting better, but those on her face are harder to control. She's always rubbing her face on my shirt when I carry her or on the mattress when she's on her tummy and it got so sore now that its slightly oozing. What other ways can I make her eczema less itchy so she wouldn't rub her face?
