Does anyone believe in typical myths about child raising? I still rmb my LO started drooling at 7 mths and my mum made the drooling stop by cleaning my boy's mouth with a table cloth! What are some myths that you know and it was indeed true to some extend??

I only heard that, during preggy, we have to eat all our preggy, so bb come out won't keep drooling. If not is the drooling ceremony during 4th month. Anyway bb drool bcuz their are coming out teeth, not necessary mean use table cloth wipe their mouth they will stop drooling. We did 4 month ceremony, both also drooling when they are 1 and 2 years separately.

My baby girl is approach 4 months old and recently she doesn't want to drink milk. Every time when we feed her, she will use her hands to brush off, turn her head away or use her tongue to push the teat out. Her daily milk intake is about 500ml only, sometimes never even hit 400ml. I'm getting worried. Is that normal? Should I bring her to see a PD?

happened to mine too. I latched her on and she drinks. ever since then she refuses the bottle. *headache* haha

At what age babies can sleep through the night without crying?

It really depends on your child and their last fed. My eldest slept through only after 1 yo while my second slept through at 3 months. I think for my firstborn, we were v protective and overly concerned for her. Everytime she cried or whined, we immediately rushed to her hence she wasnt ready to transit to uninterrupted sleep till later.

Is it true that by nature, breastfed babies' teeth erupt later than usual?

Not so sure with that but my 10-m.o baby who's exclusively breastfed until now still doesn't have teeth. Might be true though. But I want to hear more from other mommy experts here.

Toddler sleep regression ! My LO 15mo past few days when it's bedtime she will scream & cry not to go to bed.. What is happening? I google it's say sleep regression. Someone pls tell me this will be a passing phrase ..

Can I use aloe vera gel on my 8mo baby's round red rash?

I believe, yes. I've been reading great feedback about the wonders of aloe. And it's safe since it's all natural, even for babies.

Hello all, does your premature baby have reflux issues? If so, did the medicine work (omeprazole and domperidone)?

I have micro preemie babies (now they are 5 yrs old) and they both had reflux. We didn't turn to medication instead we increased the feeding time and decreased each feed. Also after feed we try to keep them upright for an extra 10-15mins. It's very tiring on caregivers though, but I would avoid medication if you can.
