Is it normal for babies to snore while sleeping? Does it mean she is excessively sleepy?

Normal, just need to adjust the position of the sleeping baby!

Does your formula fed baby poop everyday ? My baby is 3.5 mo and doesnt poop everyday. She only poop once every two days...anything i can do to make her poo everyday ? TIA

Try massaging baby's tummy in circular motions and after that, do a gentle cycling motion with baby's legs. Many have tried these methods and they able helped moved things along down there for young babies. But as long as your baby isn't showing any discomfort or pain due to her inability to poop daily, it should be okay. Baby's systems are still getting into the swing of things and getting used to feedings etc.

Any mummies find lo drink much less when they start teething? Will they lose a lot of weight? Mine is drinking half to 2/3 his normal and starting to lose a bit of weight.. he normally has a good appetite but now can rarely finish his milk.. any tips on how to handle teething babies and their milk intake? I bottle feed ebm..

Well, all these are up to individual. For me, I allow as I think the good brothers have good food and are enjoying themselves so ok but not the last day.

How to make my baby feel better if she has a cold?

I use baby balsam when my baby has cold and cough by rub it on his chest , back & feet ( wear socks)

I AM SO PISSED OFF! Staying with my parents and they have a helper. I just got back to work (freelance) and wanted my own FDW but my parents told me no space so I have to make do with their helper who helps a lil bit. It's been a week now that my baby doesn't eat and drink so much. She drinks 60ml max. Past week I had back to back meetings/appointments. Came home only by dinner time. Idk how they feed her! Today I'm back early about 11am and they were feeding her Banana when it's supposed to be an hour before her lunch time. Now my baby is rejecting her lunch! She doesn't want anything at all. She drinks only (BM) 90ml five times a day. She used to take in solids very very well. WHAT SHOULD I DO??????

My 20m girl was coughing throughout the whole of last night. And in btw, I could hear wheezing sounds when she breathed. What could be the reasons for the wheezing sounds? She doesn't has blocked nose not runny nose.

u can try rub vicks on her chest and feets then let her wear socks. i tried on my 31mo n works well.

how can I get my little one to sleep in his cot? He is 2 mths plus now..he likes to sleep on me and if I put him in his cot he will wake up and cry if not he will sleep for a short while and wakes up...

This is quite common as this happens to all my 4 kids. I co sleep with all 4 kids from baby till at least 1.5 years of age.

Is it something I should be concerned that my LO only flips on one side? LO will only flip to her left if i gives her a slight push, I tried encouraging her to flip to her left by placing toys on the left, but she will only turn to her side and seemed stuck. However, she flips pretty fast on her right.

My lo prefer one side to flip too...not a concern..its normal!

My husband's relatives are of view that a healthy newborn should have a birth weight of at least 3kg. My lo was born at 2.6kg, full term, and is having serious reflux issue. Feeling sad that they associate her birth weight with reflux. How can I convince them that the reflux is not due to their lower-than-expected birth weight? Or is it really true that a lower birth weight makes a baby more prone to issues after birth? Thanks.

Hey mummy, I hope you won't take their comments to heart. It's easy for them to speculate and try to attribute any observation which they feel would fit their theory. Reflux is common in babies. Here are some tips to help reduce reflux in babies: - Adjusting the positioning of your baby (reflux is worst when baby is lying flat on his/her back) - Avoid compressing your baby’s abdomen - Eliminate tobacco smoke exposure, keeping the environment smoke-free - Relax the baby Try these to help baby feel better. In the meantime, take care of yourself and try not to let their comments affect you. Like what Ling mentioned, there is no need to try to convince them. What matter more is that baby is developing well now. Hang in there!!
