What's this white bump on my LO's feet?

What does it feel like? Is it hard? Are there fluids inside (soft like a pimple)? Does it hurt when pressed on or when baby walks? It could just be a calcium deposit. Those are excess skin that happens when there's either an excess or too little of calcium.
