My 9m baby is still not holding on toys with 2 hands and even with one hand he is unable to hold toys bigger than his palms. But no issues with those small toys like rattles, spectacles etc that are easy to grab. He does hold milk bottle with both hands during feeds but other than that he refuses to hold the bottle. Do u think I need to be concerned ? As for other milestones, he can roll and sit well and stand leaning on sofa for support but not yet crawl. Character wise he is very laid back

Mummy. Don't stress. Each child is different in growing. As long as he's healthy and has his 5 senses working, don't fret too much.

My Daughter is 16 now. She still has eczema. I was told by her doctor that her eczema would go when she is in her teen years. But somehow it's still there. Any advice?

Dear all, when is a good time to introduce egg to baby? Is 8mths suitable? Both egg white/yolk? Thank you.

The children in my family usually start eating eggs before they turn one (10-11 months). So far, none of the kids have shown any allergies towards eggs in general and scrambled eggs are a huge hit with them. At times, they have introduced eggs to baby at a younger age, a little after 6 months but it's usually mixed in the baby's porridge.

My LO 17months had fever since last week Tues. The deg was 37.1-37.5 and PD diagnosed nothing and mentioned it was viral fever. We gave him medicine for 4days and stopped as the temperature gone lower. He had some loose stools too. Today his temperature went up till 38.8 (highest). I am not sure whether it's due to teething, as some said teething may or may not cause fever and loose stools. Any advice?

I reckon it sounds a lot like teething symptoms. Teething is known to cause diarrhea because baby's excessive saliva due to teething will end up in his gut, thus loosening his or her stools. Perhaps you can check if baby's gums are red from inflammation? Inflammation in the gums are known to causes a low grade fever.

Wanna start semi solid for my lo soon. May i know if once start, need to give every day? I just wanna test it out first...also which are the recommended puree to start first? Feel like avocado or pumpkin or apple ..is it ok for a start? Also what is the amt to give each time? How abt frequency? One day once? My lo will be 6mo

you don't need to feed everyday. best to have an established routine. I would say it depends very much on your personal routine.

Just started introducing solids to my 6 month old. when you go out for the whole day on weekends, would you bring the puree food out? or just feed breastmilk for that day?

Bring out food in this cute jar from skip hop that can keep food warm for 6-8hours.

How to break the habit for 7 month old baby for listening to music when drinking milk? Without music she cannot drink.

To me i think is a pretty cool habit of loving music since young. It does helps in her brain development and molds her to be musically incline. You never know if one day your princess may be a musician or has a gifted talent in music :)

Parents...any LO currently drinking or feed on Nan Pro 1 and thinking abt switching to other brands? Any particular reason for switching?

I was told that Nan has taste closest to Breastmilk. Nan HA taste more bitter than Nan Pro. We tried Dumex before but managed to total breastfeed when my LO hit 2.5 months old. He was born 4kg and has severe eczema now. :(
