When I was in my confinement, including all the red date tea and soups, I would be drinking easily 4 litres. After that, it reduced, but after every pump,I would down a big mug of water. That's in addition to whatever I drink throughout the day.

Return of period postpartum

I’m exclusively pumping, but as I am not fully breastfeeding, I’m expecting my period to return in the 6 month post partum. What how does the discharge look like pre mensus? Sorry if this question seems silly but I haven’t had mensus in so long

I exclusively breastfeed but mine returned around 3months pp. I had clear discharge (ovulation) for a few days first. A week later I had my period. It bled like crazy the first 3-4 days lol. Next cycle same thing also.

Transition breast to bottle

Mummies, i need help. How do i transition my 2mth old bby from breastmilk to bottle? I've tried to have someone else to feed the bottle, but bby still refuses. Will bby eventually drink from the bottle? This is stressing me out.
