Hi mummies, may i know how much breastmilk are your kids having and what are gd breakfast lunch and dinner and snack options and timings? Thank you very much.:)

We have a room to pump in the office and i have a colleague who has recently started to pump too. On a few occasions I saw that there are some dried milk residue on the table, im not sure was it hers or mine and I'll just clean it. But this morning when i went in & saw dried residue again im certain its hers because she pumps before me. What should i do? Continue to clean it, or let her know? Im afraid that bringing it up will only be very awkward.. and maybe she might thought its my residue? Lol

If I were you, I would probably just continue to clean it. I would also suggest leaving a box of tissue in the room for greater convenience (I'm thinking it could be that she does not have any wipes or tissue around for cleaning up? ) It may be less awkward this way, and may help solve the situation.

I keep getting blocked plugs. Is there any changes to my diet I can make?

I put warm compress and then massage the boobs under warm water when I shower. Get baby to latch as they clear block ducts even better. Check for milk blisters as they may be the cause of your block duct.

I am returning to work soon. Please recommend a bag which is able to put all the breast pump equipment ( BM bottle / flange / breast pump / cooler bag) and also my laptop. I would prefer shoulder bag instead of bag pack as more convenient to take train and buses.

My LO gets hungry easily after breastfeeding him. Not sure if it's because my breastmilk is too diluted.

Are you latching or pumping and feeding thru a bottle? How long are you latching for and how often are you latching in a day? How old is your little one as well? Drink more water, rest more don't stress and enjoy. Also eat some supplements to boost your supply. Also eat a well balanced diet

Mummies, need advice... my company d&d is tomorrow and i have to reach by 6pm and the event will end around 11pm.. I currently still bf-ing.. I will pump once around 5 pm before going out, though company do provide a hotel room for me to pump, but it b hard to find the 'keyholder'... any alternative not to pump as I using s1 (rather bulky to bring out)....

Have you tried expressing milk manually before? That's what my a close friend does whenever she is out and she hates bringing her breast pump. Took some practice but she is pretty much an expert now. She always has storage bags in her bag and pretty much hand express whenever she can.

Hello mummies, I'm 3 weeks ppd, but I try to pump 30 mins each time only have around 10ml for both sides, am I considered low supply? I feel so tired sitting the same position pumping but only getting such a low supply.

my lo is currently 3 mths plus old..these 2 days he seems to fuss a bit when I bf him..is it a sign that he wants to wean off? What should I do? I don't Wan to stop bf so soon...

I don think is a sign of weaning off but at 3 mths stage, he might be having a growth spurt. During this phase, all the feeding and sleeping pattern might change. It will be a trial and error period for parents to see what the baby wants and accommodate accordingly.

My menses returned 3mpp...and has been regular since. But this month its delayed.. Will menses be regular or irregular once it is back? I am pumping and latching..past 1 week supply seem to drop...not sure is it menses coming or due to i drop 1 pump..

It is quite difficult to tell if your period will be regular or not but I would think that it should be since you mentioned that it has been regular. But as with all cycles, it could be affected by factors such as stress. Fluctuations in supply may be due to period. Some of my friends notice a dip prior to or during their period. Is there any chance that you may be pregnant? Perhaps you can take a pregnancy test if your period has been delayed by one week.

Hi mummies! I am a SAHM of a (almost) 6 months old girl who is on total breastfeeding (DL). Lately, I've been receiving snide remarks from certain people saying I don't even know how much my baby drinks at each feed and I'm silly for not giving FM to baby. I latch on demand eversince she started rejecting bottles and I don't see a point in forcing bottles on her since I'm her main caregiver anyway. My question is - Is it possible to tell how much she drinks per feed? If i am DL her for all her feeds, should i still be pumping to maintain supply or will latching on demand work the same? Thank you!

The best advice is: just ignore all of them. Sacarstically. And press on as long as you can.
