exclusive pumping

Any exclusive pumping mummies here? Can share your experiences? Currently i have low supply and hence LO is on formula but i want to pump. Tried pumping as much as possible but my supply is still low

Newborn Feeding

How much should a newborn be drinking every feed? Was told to feed on demand, but my baby girl seems to be drinking alot and we are worried that we might be overfeeding. She's 9 days old and usually latch for about 20 minutes each time, but will still show hunger cues after abt half an hour to an hour later and need additional abt 50ml ebm to top up.

Thrawed and Frozen BM

Hi all mum, I would like to know on how should I mix the feeding for thrawed bm and defrost bm. Currently I pumped around 3 to 4 hrs interval. Have around 400ml exceed each day based on my LO intake. I will freeze about half the quantity and remaining will put in fridge for the next 3 to 4 days feeding. But I will also defrost 1 packet of frozen bm for each day feeding too and my frozen packets are growing everyday. Meaning one day feeding will have 1 packet frozen bm and 2 to 3 packets of ebm that pumped 2 to 3 days ago.Not sure whether this method is correct or not and would like to hear more advices. Thank you.

Pump and latch

I latch baby at nights and on weekends. When I return to work on Monday, the supply is always very Low. Need a few pumps to get back to usual amount. Isit baby drink lesser?
