dear exclusive pumpers, is it possible to exclusively pump for one year, or will the supply drop as the weeks go by without direct latching? what is your experience like? I find that although my pumping routine is the same, my supply is dropping, and I would like to find out if it's possible to pump for a long time. my baby refuses DL unfortunately

I was exclusive pumping for my first Lo and it lasted 9mo.

I’m running fever now. Not sure if is due to milk duct. My right breast is super painful even just lightly touching it. Can I still bf my Lo? My family kept asking me to not to bf and eat medicine and recently i took ibuprofen due to back aching and I suspect my lo is allergic to it as her whole face n some part of the body had rashes. What should I do? ? feeling terrible now

Yes should be milk duct. Is it red , hard, tender? If yes you may visit a doc asap . Do let the doc lo May allergy to the medicine after u took it. It’s ok to breast feeding still. It won’t affect anything. Must have a proper latching. You can pump milk too. Single Or Dual Pump On Spectra S1?

I'm using S1 for pumping and realised if I pump both boobs at the same time, the flow is slower. The collection is actually better when I pump one by one, which also mean spending double the time. Does this happen to you?

Diet to increase milk supply

Hi all i’ve been breastfeeding my baby for 11 months now and intending to continue for as long as I’m capable to but wondering if there are any diet recommendations/ig food pages to boost milk supply? And what is the average amount of milk at 11 months after a single 20-30 min pump session?

Hi guys! My lo is 6 days old today and she is always latching on me from 12mn to 5am at least even though in between isn't her feeding time. Does anyone experience this? How can I adjust her schedule? Is that also the reason why when I pump I don't have enough breast milk?

Mastitis / Engorge

Is it normal to keep having mastitis or engorgement every 1 2 weeks despite pumping on time and empty (or at least 3/4) regularly? It has been 8. 5weeks and so far i have gotten 3 mastitis and a few engorgement in the beginning of the first few weeks which i know is common. But mastitis... Feeling so awfully everytime I get this.
