I have been using haaka for a while and now it starts to hurt at skin where the flange are. My nipple and areola are not pain at all, but the skin is. Why and how to avoid this pain?? Only the pectoral muscle skin is painful, the other skin at the suction point is not painful. Why and how to avoid? It is painful to the extend that I give up haaka after 5 min. Is it because I have clogged ducts at those area?? Please help!!

Have you tried the haaka and sea salt method for plugged ducts? You can try!

12 days pp & exclusively pumping, pump sessions about 3-5hrs apart & each session about 30mins with double pump + hand express about 5-10mins before my boobs are empty, each session i get about 170/180-240ml combined, total at end of day is about 890-1200ml am i considered oversupply? i only have max 7pump sessions, normally only 5/6

Hi mummies, I pump out and store in fridge but did not manage to use the milk within 3 days, can I move the milk from fridge to freezer?

No Breastmilk, Does Hormone Affect Your Breastmilk?

It's been 4 weeks after gave birth to my baby girl and my breastmilk is so little. At most is only 10-20ml. I took Confinement meals, tried massaging and pumping every 3 hours for 30mins with electronic and manual breastpump, eat lactation cookies, and took those tea that can help boost milk supply. But do all this, my milk supply still less. Can hormones actually affect your breastmilk?

Hi mummies! If I am latching baby on demand throughout the day, how often do I need to pump to maintain my supply? Isit necessary to pump after every feed or is latching sufficient? Please advice. TIA ?

Hi mummies a quick question.. it's been 3 months ever since I have given birth. Went thru csec. My milk supply has been very low till now. Tried all sorts of medicine except fenugreek. Will I still produce milk now if I start eating fenugreek. I really wanna give my baby BM but I'm unable to do so. Pls help. TIA ❤️?

Im same as u, and i tried fenugreek and it didnt work..

Distracted baby

My 6 month old loves to hear our voices, so when she’s latched on and drinking, if she suddenly hears daddy/mummy/her sister talking, she’ll unlatch to smile and look... spraying the milk everywhere ??‍♀️. Then she smiles at me sweetly and innocently while I wipe milk off her face and myself. Lol.
