weaning off breastfeeding

Dear mummies Due to health issue i have to wean off breastfeeding earlier than planned. Any suggestion how i can do it gradually as i have a month to do that. Mostof the time im pumping the milk and bottle feed. But i do let babylatch for comfort tomake baby sleep. Should i still pump as per ususl butnot clearthe boobs fully? Or should i just pumpabit when breast is slightly engorged any other tips to avoid engorgement snd mastitis.

Hi mummy for what I know you must slowly drop pump and only release abit if you feel engorged. Latching will keep supply coming too. You got to stop latching and drop pump first

Hi mummies. Im currently breastfeeding my LO. I suddenly have this pain in my breast, feels like someone just gave a hard punch to the side of my right breast.. dont think im engorged because i've pumped out milk and breast is pretty empty now. What is causing this?

Yes I did! I hired Sister Kang over. But that was before the CB period. I don’t think they do housecalls now

fridge vs freezer

Hi mummies, Can i check if i pump 150ml of milk store in fridge in the morning. Another 50ml in the fridge in the afn. But at night i decide to move the 200ml to the freezer. Izzit possible? And must it be on the same day. .Thanks:)

Drinking Redbull Can Bf?

Has anyone taken Redbull and still breastfeed your little one? I'm craving for some. Does it affect?

Redbull has caffeine. different babies react differently to caffeine, so maybe try a bit first and see if baby’s okay, or becomes more irritable/difficult to put to sleep.

Varying breastmilk consistency

Hi moms. I'm exclusively pumping for my LO. I noticed this lumpy gooey textured milk from the bottle I where I just pumped out. What is this? Should I be concerned? It happened a few times before.

it could be clogged ducts or mastitis. i pumped out stringy milk when i had mastitis 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have stopped breastfeeding my LO due to low milk supply. Its been 2 months plus already. There are few drops of milk whenever pressed. Do i have to consult doctor and take medication to stop completely or just let it be?
