Hi mummies. I was pumping and massaging my breasts at the same time. There's this small "explosion" and it sends the milk spraying out forcefully. Is it the milk duct clearing up? Pls advise if this is normal. TIA!

Hi mummies! My 4 months old lo suddenly has a preference over one side when I DL her. She cries murder whenever I attempt to feed her at the other side. Have tried changing positions but it just make her more frustrated the moment I try to latch her on. Anyone experienced this with your lo? Pls share what you did. Thanks in advance?

Hi mummies, i would like to stop breastfeeding. Which approach is better? Get medicine from gp or use cabbage? Any other method? If take medicine from gp, how it works? Does it take a few days and what happens if breast has blocked duct?

As I took medicine unsafe for breastfeeding (due to urgency of situation), I will dump the bm that I pump for next session 2 hours after taking the medicine right? The next next session also dump?

Usually I pump for milk bath and I will make sure I pump for at least 12 hour before giving baby drink to be confirm it get out of my body.

Spotting During Breastfeeding

Hi all I am an ep mum for 6 months, dropped my pumping schedule to once a day starting from last week (trying to stop breastfeeding) and I realised I started spotting 2 days ago. Is it a sign of menses returning? Or is that my menses? Any mummies experienced this before? TIA
