Breastfeeding

Hi mummies! My 4 months old lo suddenly has a preference over one side when I DL her. She cries murder whenever I attempt to feed her at the other side. Have tried changing positions but it just make her more frustrated the moment I try to latch her on. Anyone experienced this with your lo? Pls share what you did. Thanks in advance?

Yes my LO did that too.. haha. Could be flow rate/volume of milk or just preferring the shape of the nipple on one side. And then on another day, baby may only want the other side. And this happened only on some days. Lol. Funny, these little ones.. Anyway, on those days, I didn’t want to fight with baby, so I just let her drink from the side she liked, and put the collection cup on the other side to not waste milk, as well as pump the rest of the milk from that side later.
