If I stopped breast feeding for 3 days will my milk supply totally stop? What if I ate something spicy or have food poisoning when can I start breastfeeding again?

No the milk won’t stop but will decrease Even if u eat spicy u can bf

Baby Not Pooping

My baby is fully breastfed and she didnt poop for 2 days. Is this normal?? She is not fussing and her pee is normal.

Yes babies on bm can don't poop for longer durations.

Hi mummies, recently i found out that while pumping, especially for my right breast, i can see small red dots on my nipple..that are most likely blood..is this normal or is my nipple injured from too much pumping?

It’s likely to be blood blisters which is caused by friction. It’s not normal. Have you checked your flange size? It’s probably not the correct size. Need to change to the correct fit before it gets worse.

How do mommies wean off baby from DL? I am trying to sleep train my baby to sleep on his own which he did already, but depends on his mood he sometimes cry out loud to latch to sleep. We pretty sure it’s not hunger. My biggest worry is when i stop bf he cannot adapt. Any tricks mommies?

How old is baby? Let him get use to ebm in bottles first . She needs to be familiar to bottle first .

Just give birth on 22 June . Her jaundice is very high . On the 25 June her jaundice is 283 and one night in hospital come back on the 2nd day is 148 today go see doctor come to 237 . Who know how to let the jaundice not so high . So sad to see her in hospital .

Babies who have jaundice need to be fed more so that they can pass out the bilirubin! If it is serious, the doc may also order blue light therapy to break it down

Which breast pump will help yield more for milk supply?spectra seems to be raving among many mummies?Are they really good?currently I'm using medela pis but I can only pump about 40 ml per side.
