Hi mummies, my baby is 13months now and is nursed to sleep every night and nap. But my supply is getting lower and lower now and i dont mind stopping breastfeeding. Any suggestions on what i should do?

You’ll need to disconnect the feeding from sleeping, then train baby to sleep without nursing (sleep training—many methods available, with online guides available). It’s tough at first, but it’s worth it:)

During breastfeeding even when the baby is latching how do we know if he is actually taking in milk or just sucking on the nipple. The first 2 days i breastfed my NB and despite him latching properly it appears he was dehydrated as he did not urine for more than 12 hours as such had to resort to formula milk

You can feel it. With proper latching there's sucking feel otherwise it's like ticklish feeling. Make sure you have to assist baby to latch on correctly. Maybe your milk haven't kick in too. Do you feel engorged?

My supply during menses period didn't drop. Everything is normal for me. Currently 15 month pp. Menses came at 10 month pp.

I’m 21 weeks going 22 weeks pregnant and my breast doesn’t seem to be having any leakage of breast milk is it normal? Is there any food or vitamins I could take in to trigger breast milk for my child?

i never leaked at all during pregnancy. now i have oversupply. it doesn’t matter

How does Similac mum( strawberry yogurt) taste like? Does it have the same taste like milk or yogurt? I don't drink milk so I'm afraid to try.
