I delivered my baby at 37.5 weeks he his 3.16kg but I straggle to breastfeed no milk coming out😥😥

Yes my milk supply only came in at the third day post partum. I stimulated my nipples with th and breast pump every 3 hourly for 15 min to improve the initial milk supply.

That’s perfectly normal, dear. Keep latching on demand and topping up with formula for the time being. The supply will gradually build up over the first 2 weeks:)

Ask a LC to help. Do more skin to skin. I csect at 36 weeks 3rd day milk kick in my LC ask me to keep latching .

Do lots of skin to skin contact, continue latching or pumping. My milk only came in on Day 4.

Get the help from a lactation consultant.
