How much yield is considered normal? Bottle fed while at school but direct latch when he's bad. Pump on an average of 4 hourly. #parenttown

Every mother's milk capacity is different so there's no "normal" yield. And don't compare your pump output with others. As long as you are producing enough to meet your LO's demands, that's all that matters. Diaper count of 5-6 wet/dirty diapers in 24h would indicate that your baby is having enough.

This is from a frozen bag of BM that's been thawed in fridge overnight and warmed up before feeding. Is this considered normal?

It looks normal. It’s probably fats. If you have doubts, you can do a smell and taste check to see if it is sour.

Hi mummies. Im currently breastfeeding and recently, ive been feeling pain on my right boob. Turns out there is a pimple on my right areola. Ive been trying to read up about it but it gets me more confuse. Anyone knows what it means and what can i do to manage it cos its quite painful.

Increase milk supply

Hi, I am about 8 weeks postpartum now and my supply is close to none. I’ve tried lactation cookies and supplements from legendairy. Is there any way that I can get my supply up? Anyone was in this situation before and managed to increase your supply?

I was prescribed Fenugreek after delivery. I stopped for a week once the milk flow was adequate. But now my baby is 21 days old and I find there’s not much of breast milk. What can I do?
