Your recommendation please!

Hi mummies! For those experienced mummies here, which brand of breast pump will you recommend to me - a SAHM mummy who will alternate between breastfeeding and bottle feeding? And most importantly, what is the cost and where can I buy it? I've heard all the good reviews about Spectra but I have no idea which one is good since there is hospital grade and not. Need your recommendation. Thank you!

How to boost breast milk fast

Missing period.

No period aft 14 months post partum Is there something wrong with me.. I experience period cramp though...

What food to eat/avoid while breastfeeding?

Hi mummies, those who are breast-feeding, any idea what food to avoid? I'm craving outside food but worried about my LO. Thinking of getting tze char (prawn paste chicken, veg, curry fish head). Is this ok? Please share. #1stimemom #breasfeedingmom

Haha I've eaten all these!! It is safe! However, do avoid foods like drugs, alcohol as these can push through breastmilk

Low supply of breastmilk

Hi mummy , recently my menses came back and my supply dropped alot. May I know if any mummies have this issues as well ? If yes , do u buy booster to boost back the amount of milk that you always had ?

Here's another. Menses does make your milk supply drop so I hope this helps.

hot compress, massage and pump it out works the best for me compared to baby latching. if you need help you can dm me at my IG @mummyjlife. I can try to give you some advice on my experience.

Block duct 😭

Feeling miserable.. having block breast duct for a day already.. there is a small white bleb but it's flat.. tried massage, warm compress, hot shower, epsom salt, hand express, pump express but either a few drops or nothing.. now base of nipple got a bit of crack and painful.. afraid it will turn into mastitis.. what else to do? Any intro for breast massage lady or other ways to resolve? Thank you 🙇🏻‍♀️

Hello has anyone used this handfree pump before? Is it good?

I wanted to buy the brand Imani made in Korea which looks exactly like this. But after I saw a review, I decided not to buy. 1 thing is there is no indicator like other breast pumps on how long you've pumped and unlike the ones with tubes, you can't see how much milk you've pumped so you have to keep looking at it. But the best thing about pumps like this is they're tubeless and can fit in any bra so you can also pump while in office w/o anyone seeing the tubes

Lighter bleeding

Hi mom's, My heavy bleeding after c section done 2 weeks ago, but since yesterday I got a little lighter bleeding It's normal? Or it's on period? I am breastfeeding for my 3 weeks baby

I also had this with my 1st delivery. that may happen. But if you have heavy bleeding or bad smell with it or if you feel it is not normal then you need to talk your doctor.
