Milk ducts clogged

How do u clear engorgement / milk ducts clogged? ( any other solutions other than pumping as I don't want to keep pumping ,it will oversupply milk)

Hello mummies , please help me out which one of this should i buy (SPECTRA S1+) or ( SPECTRA S9+) and why? I just want to know whats the diff between this two 😅 TIA !!! #pregnancy #advicepls

S1 is hospital grade pump and s9 isn't S1 is bulky to bring around whereas s9 is so much smaller. . I have both and S1 works better. I bring s9 when I'm out only

Feeding Schedule

Hi Mummies, Can you share with me your feeding schedule for EBM and Formula please, thank you. I am using S26 and trying my best to power pump every 3-4hrs. Please share with me some tips! Also, my breasts feel hard at the sides, even after I massage before every pump session. Is it clogged milk ducts?

my breasts used to have "hard areas" too.. u can try putting warm cloth on the hard area and massage in circular motion WHILE pumping. helps me. Good luck!

Haenim 7V v Imani Reviews

Hi mummies, anyone use Haenim 7V or Imani breastpump? Isit worth buying? #advicepls #haenim #breastpump

Initially I wanted to buy the Imani breastpump. Looks really cool and portable until I saw negatives reviews from a mummy if I'm not wrong she's a blogger? Not sure about that. So apparently the thing about that pump is you can't and don't know how much & how long you've pump since there's no indicator. This part turns me off. I need an indicator since I will be exclusively pumping and it's a hassle if I have to keep peeping to see how much bm I've pumped while busy handling baby. Not sure about Haenim 7V. That particular thing looks really cool to me. Like really sleek. I've read good reviews about this. It's quiet but still need to see if there's any negatives one so I can compare and think twice before purchasing.

Low supply breastmilk

Hi, im a FTM, currently baby is 16 days old. Everytime when i tried to latch him, im only managed to latch for ard 15 to 20mins. And he will asked for milk again after 1 hour. Lactation consultant said it may be because of wrong latching position of due to my breastmilk supply not fast enough. I tried to pump out for 30mins and only managed to get around 40 to 50ml milk (total left & right) which is not enough as his feed is 60ml. Usually pumping the milk comes fast during first 10 to 15mins but i realised it slow down after which. Anybody facing same issue as me?

Keep latching to stimulate more milk supply or power pump. Pump 20 mins - rest 10 Pump 10 mins - rest 10 something like that

Pumping breast milk

How much breast milk do you all manage to pump out per session? And how long does it take? I seem to be able to pump out only 30ml for both breasts and it takes about ½ hour. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m using the Spectra M1. It doesn’t seem to be pumping out much. Most of the milk comes from me compressing my breasts. My baby is 4 weeks old fyi.

I can pump about 200ml each session about 30 min 2 hourly at 1 month pp
