Where to rent a breast pump?

Any idea where I can legit rent a breast pump before I purchase any?

Hi mama, Apart from the few I’ve seen on Carousell (just type in “breast pump rental”, there aren’t any in SG I’m afraid. I believe it’s due to hygiene reasons. How about buying a second hand pump? It’s cheaper, you can give it a go and it’ll last you some time to save up for a new one when needed. Just a suggestion. Oh but do buy new parts just in case.

Legendairy! My supply increased frm 50-60ml 2 wks PP to abt 140-160ml 1.5 mo PP. Still considered undersupply as my baby takes in more now, has to supplement with formula but at least, better than nothing! At the same time I also latch my baby more frequently. But anw it takes time for u to figure out which exact pill works best for u. I had to try 4 supplements before I know which one works for me.

Hi. I was thinking of breastfeeding my newborn but my first pregnancy i didnt had much milk. It been 5years now. Im afraid of giving formula milk then my newborn wont want to breastfeed after that. #pleasehelp #advicepls

try to breastfeed as much as you can and top up with formula if really not enough

Baby choose formula over breastmilk

My baby is 3month old, bottle fed, mixture of breastmilk and formula milk. Recently he seems to reject breastmilk when I offer him, but when I change to formula milk, he drinks it. I let him has a few sip of the formula milk and change back to breastmilk bottle and he finishes it! Any mommies have the same experiences?

Uneven milk supply

Hi mommies.. I’m exclusively pumping. I pump every 3-4 hours for 20 mins. My left side usually pumps 80-100ml at most and my right always pumps more than 150ml until the bottle is full. Was wondering what is the cause of this uneven yields? This started since day 3 post delivery. One side always yields a lot more, some times double.

Perfectly normal! One side will always yield more than the other and it's nothing to worry about.

Which new born formula milk is best to feed concurrently w breast milk?

When breastmilk is insufficient for first few days, which new born formula milk is best for LO that doesn't make them reject breastmilk or have constipation/allergies etc.? #advicepls

Nan is the closest to breastmilk but you still have to trial & error with the formula milks. Nan may or may not cause diarrhea which happened to my LO and the poop will be green, fart will smell bad. But I've also read that some babies had constipation with it. Afterall it depends on your baby's liking.

Is my bm too watery? And how to increase bm fats?

Is my bm too watery? I pump whatever that flows. Struggling with low supply at 4 mths pp. How do I increase the fats in my bm naturally? Pls do not suggest Legendairy Milk supplements or salmon. I'm a housewife and I don't have an income and I don't eat salmon.
