Hi mummies, may I know for feeding bottle and pumping bottles + accessories, do we need to Ensure they are dry after sterilize before using them to store milk and pump milk into? If yes, what to use to dry them? Tissue? Thank you

I just shake the bottles them pump directly into it.

Is it true tat when falling sick milk supply will drop? Recently down with fever, cough and flu. When expressing milk, i hardly touch 100ml...this is way too low compared to my average. Will this be temporarily only as i hope to supply bm to my twins till at least they turning 1yr old. Is there any ways to boost up my milk supply again??? Really worried ?

I have been pumping milk for a week after baby due. My milk supply for 1 bottle has been always capped at 50ml and can't seem to go beyond the level. What do I need to do? I am using spectra S1 pump and set it to massage mode level 5 for now

try to latch on demand and do power pumpimg even if little milk comes out.

Used to pump both breast about 120ml of milk. This morning only a few drops. Nt even 20ml for both. Anyone knows what happened? How do i boost milk supply again?

Today is day 5 but my milk supply is still Low. Been pumping every 3 hours but only 20ml every time. Having engorged breasts too. Please advise!

Get a massage lady to clear your blocked ducts

Jus delivered and both breasts are so swollen. Only managed to pump out 20ml still feeling very swollen and alot of blocked duct. Nip alrd bleeding after much latching and pumping. What can i do?

do massage to help dislodge the blocked ducts. Or fill a hot water bottle, roll it arnd your breast. It helps to dislodge and ducts. Nipple must also do massage as it could be stuck there too

Hi mummies, today is my 4th day after delivery, however the milk hasnt kicked in. Unlike my #01, milk came in on day 1. Breast is very soft. What can i do?

#1 is natural delivery? #2 also natural? Did u do nipple massage. Could it be a block duct

What can i do to swollen breast, cracked and bleeding nip?

Did you check if the latch is correct? If it's the ring of the nipple, it could be a bad latch
