If its leaking then you can collect and store (freeze) them in syringes. Otherwise I won't recommend you to pump out. It might trigger contractions and preterm labour.

please do not pump. it will trigger contractions and u may go into premature labour. Colostrum will come in during day 2 of birth. so don't rush
