Yes. Store in the fridge - but next time preferably after 30 mins transfer to storage cup and store that batch first

you try to look at some videos on hand expression. And possible to get a borrowed breast pump to help with your engorment?

hmm i dont have any friends that would be able to lend me a pump. and its hard to find a flange size that fits me
