What hands free breast pump is good?

Hi mummies! FTM here and my EDD is in end May. Just wondering if I should standby by a manual pump for the first few days after birth, because I was told milk supply will slowly kick in and machine pump will not be efficient.. Any mummies with similar experiences? I’m trying to gather as much information so I won’t panic at the last min :/ #1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy

I eat spicy food with coke at 11pm and I pump out my milk at 3.30am. Must i throw away the milk or I can feed my LO with the milk?
