Breast engorgement

I'm day 4 postpartum and have just started pumping for baby (she doesn't want to latch) but the more I pump the more engorged I become and the amount of milk I'm getting decreases with each pump. Tried massaging but doesn't seem to help. Any tips on what I can do other than latching as baby really doesn't latch. Will it go away on it's own? Should I still try to pump even when nothing is coming out anymore?

Try Madam Ida breast massage (94249829) & sunflower lecithin. You’re only 4 days PP so it’s normal. Just keep pumping regularly even if there’s nothing. (don’t overdo it, maybe try 10-15mins and shorter intervals) Supply should slowly increase. Mine was worse back then as I had two episodes of mastitis 1 week PP. I’m currently EP.

I am a ftm and I would like to hear your experiences. I’m currently in my 36 weeks and baby is still in a breech position and might need to do an e- csect. I am very keen about breastfeeding my LO once she’s out. But, i heard that csect recovery is longer and painful and I’m worried about BF my baby. I’m scared it might be too painful and difficult for me to commit. 1) Would it be better to do EP instead of DL? Do you do mix feeding? 2) How do you cope with the pain of recovering and BF at the same time? Any tips of how to manage pain? 3) How’s your EP schedule like? My mom and many friends told me never take pills to stop breastmilk despite in pain. Because your bra cup size will drop tremendously. Smaller than your pre pregnancy state. So I never dare to try. Mine only become 100% painless after 3months.

Saggy After Breastfeeding:(

Hello breastfeeding mums, any trusted help or bra for saggy breasts? I increased by 3 cup size after months of breastfeeding, now they are saggy. Any good strapless bras to recommend? My clothes mostly require strapless bras, but they don't offer enough support and just drop low along with the boobs.

Breastfeeding while pregnant

Hi mummies! I wanna ask, if any of you did breastfeed your lo while being pregnant? My lo is 1 yr old and is exclusively bf. He refused to take bottle and will cry bloody murder each time we gave him the bottle until no voice. I dont want to scare him any further and i observe that after the whole bottle feeding, he turns to be very clingy to the boobs and will cry for milk esp at night. Almost every 2 3 hrs wake up and cry for feed. Should I continue to just bf him? Isit possible? Is there any tips to help smooth the journey for me? Im almost 3 months pregnant now.

Will my older baby self wean given my pregnancy?

Hi mummies, I am still bf my older son, now 18mth old and he actually bf to sleep. Recently found out that I'm pregnant, about 7 weeks. Just want to ask if my older son will self wean and how to stop bf him to sleep as I cannot imagine bf him with a big bump in the future.. thanks so much
