Anyone has taken dostinex before? And how long did the meds help until the engorgement go away? Feel like dying here!!

My mom and many friends told me never take pills to stop breastmilk despite in pain. Because your bra cup size will drop tremendously. Smaller than your pre pregnancy state. So I never dare to try. Mine only become 100% painless after 3months.
