How to stop bf.

I would like to stop my 1 ½ yr old baby from direct latching bcz it's too painful as i am pregnant. Very sore. He refuses the bottle since newborn. Pls help 😭

I have stop breastfeeding my baby after 1 months due to mastitis in one of my breast but now after taking the medication to stop the milk flow I wish to continue breastfeeding. Anyone went thru such a situation #pls share

Hi mummies, may i know when will baby stop waking up to latch at night? Mine is 17 mo and still waking up at night to latch. Not sure when it will continue until 😪 any tips to wean? TIA!!

Hi mummy, will green bean decrease breastmilk? Heard that can't take 'liang 凉' type of food. As it will decrease breastmilk supply. As my breastmilk supply is just nice for my daughter. TIA.

I thought it’s the opposite instead 😅 But no, it didn’t decrease for mine. Just eat in moderation 😃

How can I boost breast milk again few days ago I can pump 30 ml but now lesser that every 3 hrs I pump Izzit I eat less

Haenim NexusFit 7x Breast Pump

Appreciate reviews on this pump (Haenim) if you're currently using/used it before please. Good or bad reviews, things to look out about this pump etc are all welcome. I'm a ftm and considering between Spectra S1+ (highly recommended by a lot of ppl), Pumpables and this Haenim. Thank you!

The Haenim NexusFit 7X is actually medical-grade, which puts it in a stronger category than some personal-use pumps, and from what I have heard, the suction is powerful but still comfortable, pumping sessions feel noticeably less chaotic once you get the hang of the settings. It has quite a few suction levels plus a massage mode, so you can really fine-tune it, and the compact body is easy to store and clean, which matters a lot when you are already exhausted as a FTM. That said, it is less widely reviewed compared to Spectra S1+, so there is less collective troubleshooting knowledge out there if you run into issues, Spectra has a much bigger community of mums who have been through every scenario. My honest lean would be that Spectra S1+ is the lower-risk choice for a first-timer purely because of that support network, but if you want something with medical-grade suction and a sleeker form factor, the Haenim is genuinely worth considering, just go in knowing you may have fewer people to consult if something feels off.

One side of breast not yielding as much as the other

Hi all, I’m 16 days postpartum, and exclusively pumping. However realised that lately my right boob is yielding 10-20ml per pumping session compared to the first few days while the other is yielding 80-100ml, is this normal? Also when letdown happen I can only feel it on the heavy yielding boob instead of both boobs. Is this normal too?

hi! yes it's normal. im directly latching and my baby prefers one boob over the other so there haha
