Feeling frustrated
My husband has not gone back to his hometown overseas since the start of COVID almost 4 years. He asked me to go back and bring my 2 yr old along for one full week. Problem is normally when I am working my mum takes care of my girl and my husband can just take care of her like ensure she doesn't fall down or play with her. So i feel very stress to look after my girl mainly on my own for one full week. And when I tell him how come other guys can solo take care of their child and let the mum go out, he says that I was the one who wanted a child. I feel so helpless.

Exclusive pumping schedules
Hi EP mamas, my baby is turning 10mo soon and I’m currently pumping (I’m a SAHM mum btw) every 6-6.5hourly (4 pumps/24 hours). Can any mamas please share your pumping schedule? I would like to try out another schedule to see which works best for me. Thank you! #advicepls
Does breastfeeding actually help you lose weight?
13 weeks with sudden yolk sac
Hi mummies, for the past 2 weeks i was grieving over my lost baby. Cut story short, I was in my 10 weeks when i get to know i had a miscarriage, will all the bleeding and clots. Went for 2 scans @ KKH, only present was empty pregnancy sac, doc says it might be 100% miscarriage but no medicine was given because she wanted me to get more scan to double confirm the miscarriage. However today, i went for a scan, at my 13weeks, the sonographer spotted a yolk sack about 5weeks whereby my other 2 scans were only an empty sac. I am not putting any high hopes but at 13 weeks after going through all the “period kind of bleed”, now then i get to see the yolk sac. Has anyone experienced a situation like i do? ☹️
Am I pumping too much?
Hello mummies, am I pumping too much everyday? I feel that my breastmilk is just nice/not enough for my kids. My hubby is worried about my health. He worried that I might be losing too much blood. #advicepls
