Hi mummies, anyone using the fridge hack after pumping for your newborn? Is it safe ? And usually after how many pumps do you wash ? I haven’t deliver my firstborn yet but thinking of doing this for in between late night pumpings. Will the residue from the previous milk go bad inside the pump? Since we wont be washing it and will continue to the next pumping session. As i heard some say its not safe. #FTM

How many hours per pumping session?
1 month postpartum. I have been doing direct latch + pump + FM. I hate pumping session🤣 to the point now i only pump every 4-5 hours. Is this okay? Though I noted seems there is decrease in supply especially in the afternoon. Noon time 40-70ml both sides Night and morning 90-160 ml both sides Is this normal? Any mummies doing 4-5hours pumping schedule as well? Initially i did 3 hours but i can no longer keep up. #FTM #firstbaby

I only manage to do powerpumping every day only at night , as in the day i have to do housechores and send my toddler to school. My 4 month old have gotten sick back to back so i didnt let her latch much as i'm afraid she will get dehydrated. But ever since then, my milk keep dropping cause i didnt let her latch or she just too tired to even latch as much. She got sick often as her brother started playground. So for now about 3 month they get sick every or two week. The stress of taking care of newborn toddler all alone as husband works. And the thought of housechore keep compiling. And i really want to breastfeed my child but my supply is very low. #pleasehelp #advicepls #tiredness
