Tips to pee less at night

i stop drinking water abt 6pm+ but I’m still waking up to pee abt 3-4 times a night. Its impossible to get a good continuous sleep :( any tips to help with this?

I don't think there is any ways to help. I also go 3-4 times a night. On good nights when I'm very tired also 2 times. I never had continuous sleep for a long time.

Cot mattress 140x70

Sorry FTM here. We bought a cot that came without mattress but we struggled with finding 140x70cm mattress 🤦🏻‍♀️ anyone has any recs?

Natural or c-sec?

I have low pain threshold. Wondering if csec or natural is more suitable?

I have super low pain threshold too, went for natural (and would still do natural again if baby allows). With epidural, it’s manageable. I had a higher dose of epi (nurse heard wrongly and thought I was feeling pain) and my entire delivery process was painless, only pain was 16 hours after birth but it only lasted for awhile. But it really depends tbh, my stepmom went thru csect and she said she would still go for csect because just lie down and be done. I kept asking myself …..you prefer 1 tear or multiple layers, either way baby also have to come out😅. Also have to consider recovering period, csect definitely takes longer compared to natural.

Hi mummies. when should i start buying milk powder for baby? and which brand do you recommend. I am in 32 weeks now thinking when should i stock up on milk powder.

After you give birth, let baby try out different formulas in hospital then buy. We gave NAN.

I am at 29 weeks, but my office is still assigning me new work to take charge of. Is it common?

I feel like they are neglecting the fact that I am going maternity leave soon and just loading me with responsibilities. Should I be concerned? I don't have to respond during maternity leave right? #stressed

Technically at 29 weeks, you are still supposed to work as usual and what you are tasked till your maternity leaves start. But yes, you don't have to respond during maternity leave. Just handover to your cover or your boss whatever is left before your maternity leaves start.

Hello! I’m currently 28 Weeks pregnant (ftm), do you mummies do kick counting or as long as the baby moves here and there throughout the day will do?

At 30 weeks. Did not do kick counting because baby is always moving here and there throughout the day.
