Cramping/tightening feeling at 16w/5d

Having a slight cramping on and off for a few days already and tightening around the lower abdomen. Esp after a long time sitting down or right after i wake up. Is it normal?

I felt pressure too around this week till week 17+. when standing up and walking. right now week 18, sometimes still feel pressure/tightening. but getting better than week 16/17

Hi mummies,my baby's hearbeat vary during ultrasound.Sometime it's 160 rpm,and 140 rpm and now 128rpm.Is that depend on baby's movement?Doctor said its normal.Im just curious.Anyone have the same experience here?

it’s normal lah don’t worry so much. don’t worry so much about the exact number. why you don’t trust your gynae too?

hi, im 17weeks and am breathless 60% of the time even when im just sitting in the office doing nothing. is it just me? is this normal?

it’s not so normal at 17 weeks actually. i only felt like this in last trimester. best to check with ur gynae

Hi mommies. Have anyone used Baby Express breast pump? Be free or be nude. I had recently found out about them when I searched for hands free breast pump. Are they good? Which of the two is better?

Be nude came out recently one. I was using be free previously. Served me well! It was comparable to my output wif s1 so i actually also used it at home after that 😂

no need to worry. can try essential oils or plain paracetamol

16w but no feel kick

Hi all, im 16w 6days & look pregnant alrd my tummy is obviously but i dont feel any kick … am I supposed to be worried ?

Most kick, toss turn, feeling of baby movement will be from week 18 onwards.

Hi! Currently 16 weeks preggy...I've been feeling sore in my feet especially heel area. Can I use those electric foot massager?

Hi, I would avoid electric massager as you may unknowingly trigger certain pressure points. How about going for a prenatal massage instead? At least they know which area/points to avoid.

Nope, don’t think bleeding is caused by consuming instant noodles. May want to get it checked out by your gynae.

Hi, would mummies able to share when do you start to feel baby movement? I’m at 18 weeks but I still can’t feel it.

I felt quickening at week 15. Mild movement that can make you feel ticklish. 😅 at 17.5 weeks I felt kicks already when I’m lying down. Most frequent in the evening tho.
