My 1mth baby is currently on Similac. Bt i decide to change to Abott Grow. How to change the milk? Worried if my baby doesnt like the new milk

One of the best ways to switch formula milk brands is to give the baby a mix of old and the new brand milk for a couple of days. So you can take and half and half from both, and help the baby get used to the taste.

However, it is important to check with your doctor before taking any medications during pregnancy. Other treatments may include using a heating pad or taking a warm bath to help relieve the pain.

Do you parents let your baby cry to sleep?

When I had my first born I didn't allow her to cry. So I had to carry her every night until she falls into deep sleep. She couldn't be separated ever since and had to sleep with someone by her side at night. Having my second born I tried letting him sleep in his cot. But I had to make him cry to sleep. Is it advisable to do so for newborns?

Don’t think it’s good for newborns to cry to sleep. There are still adapting to the surroundings and everything so I wouldn’t force the baby to cry and sleep on its own. Maybe when he’s a little older I’ll let him soothe himself to sleep.

Similac Milk Infant Formula

Hi all! I feed my 1mth with Similac Milk Infant Formula. But i notice my Baby hv Phelgm. Is that normal? But it seems it doesnt get any better. Any one experince the same thing as mine baby? I taught of changing his Milk. Thinking of Aboot Grow milk. Any recommendations or advise?

Hi thank u for your reply! Ok will gv it a try to dilute the milk. If it doesnt help i will try NAN.

Mommies, my baby's head is flat on one side. He's going to be 2 months. I've tried to make him turn to the other side but he won't stay that long. What should i do?

Try rubbing his head with your palms in circular motions. Idk if it helps but I did that with my baby since birth and she also used flat head pillow (She was vacuumed out btw)… first thing everyone saw her was “why is her head so round”, so I guess it will more or less help? 😅 Alternatively let baby sleep in yaolan (cradle swing) or put a pillow behind and infront of him while you lay him on the side you want. (Please make sure you are there to supervise incase of SIDS.)

Post partum depression

Hi mommies..i just need to let it out here. I'm a first time mom, my baby is 1 month 1 week. Things have been really difficult for me. Some days i forced myself to stay strong, some days i lost it. Today is one of the days where i'm forcing myself to be strong but i'm losing it. I almost hang myself just now a few minutes ago because i can't take it anymore. I'm exhausted, and still bleeding which makes me more tired cause losing so much blood. I don't know how long more i can take..they said it'll get better but i don't see any changes. I'm so depressed

what are some things that are difficult for you? please do share and maybe we can share how we cope too
