Nipple pain with red pimple on tip of nipple during pregnancy

Hi anyone experience one red protuding pimple bump on the tip of nipple during 2nd trimester? Can anyone advise what can be done to cure it? Cos abit stinging pain

try to put pimple patch on it. keeps dirt out and acts like a plaster for the pimple

Recommendation confinement nanny

Would like to seek good recommendations of CL from agencies! Thank you :)

I really feel you on this, finding a good confinement nanny can feel so stressful especially when you are already preparing for so much. My friend used an agency called PEM Confinement and she said the nanny they sent was experienced, caring, and really helped her with breastfeeding and the baby's routine. It might be worth giving them a call to check availability lah, since good CLs tend to get booked up quite fast. Hope you find someone who is a great fit for your family!

It is just normal. Soon will be better. It is just hormonal changes in the body hence some mummy gets easily and fatigue.

How do you know you are about to give birth when you are at home and how do you reach the hospital in time without panicking?#firsttimemom

Never get to experience all of it for both pregnancy 🤣 But from sharing experience of friends and family, once waterbag leak, they wash up with warm water, put on pad then change up and head to hospital. Having said that they will monitor the contractions watch for other birth signs like mucus plug, colour of water bag if brownish, pink, white. Reach hospital straight to labour, inform nurse/dr what they are experiencing. Dont panic, the more you panic, your mind cant think, body and mind dont react well. Either you will be more painful, or you pespire or baby gets stress.

Stuff right neck and painful when swallowing 20 weeks

Hi mum! i can understand especially when you're already 20 weeks along and every little discomfort feels so worrying. A stiff neck with pain when swallowing, even without fever, is something I would not just wait out during pregnancy, so please do bring this up with your gynae or a doctor as soon as you can, just to be safe. They will be able to check properly and give you the right advice for your stage of pregnancy.

Which brand of formula milk for newborn did you use ?

My friends recommend NatureOne Dairy for cow milk powder. It’s what I would use when my LO comes too. I’m considering Karihome Goat as goat milk powder alternative though. Not sure if other mums have experience with these brands.

Headaches in Tri 2

Hello im currently about 18 weeks pregnant and have been having frequent headaches 2-3 times a week. BP is normal range. Any natural remedies mummies find helpful? 😬👍 does it gets better later in the pregnancy?
